A new start !

It's been 16 months since end of PCP and I strongly believe this is still the best overall health program there can be.

Do here I return back to pcp roots and will try my level best to follow exercises and food habits for next few months !!

Day 90 and beyond

How time flies ! Feels like just a few days ago we had signedup for PCP !

First of all, big thanks to my wife, for keeping things on track for keeping diets and exercise on target and for always pushing both of us to do this right.

Another set of thanks to parents and friends who accomodated our special food demands and supported during this journey.

Lastly the PCP group (Mighty Mouse) and the guidance of Patrick and Chen who helped a lot in this tough journey.

I wish I could say I finised PCP to the end, but the truth is I kept the diet and food exactly as per the charts. Its the exercise where I failed, specially in the last month !

I can vouch that just by diet alone I lost close to 6kgs, I did not get the defination in my body which I was looking for but pants are loose and things fit much much better now.

PCP is a great concept and I the importance of food can not be understated. After having no salt, no oil food for last 3 months. I have no craving for those kind of food. I had a butter chicken yesterday, It felt greecy, salty and very heavy.

For anyone thinking about jumping on the PCP bandwagon. DO SO ! dont overthink it. It will help you clarify and demustify everything about food and exercise. It will give you tools and ideas which work well on every type of body.

Thank you Patrick and Chen for this programm, It has been an eye opener and one of the best things I have done.

The knowledge and clarity will stay with me forever.

indulge ...

Yesterday I had half bottle of wine as my indulgence. Today I had strong headache in morning, still feeling some after effect ..... Enjoyed the wine though, no complains ....

We moved to new apartment this weekend. The new building now has a gym but no pullup bar again.I am not seeing any better results. 5 set of 3 min skipping killed me yesterday. Things are getting tougher and tougher.

woo hoo !

I finally got some courage and checked my weight after almost a month ...

New number: 87.5 kg ! that's almost 5 kg lower than where I started.

I agree that my progress is much slower than most of the PCP gang, still wooo hooo ... that's the right motivation kick I need in this PCP Valley phase !

keep going gang, you guys are showing some great results.

Food on target, sets still feel like a movie on any chest/back exercises....

Day 42

Well blogging after almost a week, sorry for that.
Food is perfectly on target, exercises were a bit wayward at start of the week but are now in a rhythm. I am seeing improvement in legs,triceps and bicep exercises. My weak points are still skipping (not more than 100 in a go), chest dips and pull ups...

Life has been extremely extremely busy, work, studies,pcp, house hunt .... All at the same time. I am getting 5-6 hr sleep at best and this will continue for next 2 month.

We are shifting apartment this weekend, hopefully we will be able to get all sets done early morning before movers arrive.
