Well blogging after almost a week, sorry for that.
Food is perfectly on target, exercises were a bit wayward at start of the week but are now in a rhythm. I am seeing improvement in legs,triceps and bicep exercises. My weak points are still skipping (not more than 100 in a go), chest dips and pull ups...
Life has been extremely extremely busy, work, studies,pcp, house hunt .... All at the same time. I am getting 5-6 hr sleep at best and this will continue for next 2 month.
We are shifting apartment this weekend, hopefully we will be able to get all sets done early morning before movers arrive.
