How time flies ! Feels like just a few days ago we had signedup for PCP !
First of all, big thanks to my wife, for keeping things on track for keeping diets and exercise on target and for always pushing both of us to do this right.
Another set of thanks to parents and friends who accomodated our special food demands and supported during this journey.
Lastly the PCP group (Mighty Mouse) and the guidance of Patrick and Chen who helped a lot in this tough journey.
I wish I could say I finised PCP to the end, but the truth is I kept the diet and food exactly as per the charts. Its the exercise where I failed, specially in the last month !
I can vouch that just by diet alone I lost close to 6kgs, I did not get the defination in my body which I was looking for but pants are loose and things fit much much better now.
PCP is a great concept and I the importance of food can not be understated. After having no salt, no oil food for last 3 months. I have no craving for those kind of food. I had a butter chicken yesterday, It felt greecy, salty and very heavy.
For anyone thinking about jumping on the PCP bandwagon. DO SO ! dont overthink it. It will help you clarify and demustify everything about food and exercise. It will give you tools and ideas which work well on every type of body.
Thank you Patrick and Chen for this programm, It has been an eye opener and one of the best things I have done.
The knowledge and clarity will stay with me forever.

indulge ...
Yesterday I had half bottle of wine as my indulgence. Today I had strong headache in morning, still feeling some after effect ..... Enjoyed the wine though, no complains ....
We moved to new apartment this weekend. The new building now has a gym but no pullup bar again.I am not seeing any better results. 5 set of 3 min skipping killed me yesterday. Things are getting tougher and tougher.

woo hoo !
I finally got some courage and checked my weight after almost a month ...
New number: 87.5 kg ! that's almost 5 kg lower than where I started.
I agree that my progress is much slower than most of the PCP gang, still wooo hooo ... that's the right motivation kick I need in this PCP Valley phase !
keep going gang, you guys are showing some great results.

Pcp valley
Going through pcp valley, low motivation lots of distractions.

Day 42
Well blogging after almost a week, sorry for that.
Food is perfectly on target, exercises were a bit wayward at start of the week but are now in a rhythm. I am seeing improvement in legs,triceps and bicep exercises. My weak points are still skipping (not more than 100 in a go), chest dips and pull ups...
Life has been extremely extremely busy, work, studies,pcp, house hunt .... All at the same time. I am getting 5-6 hr sleep at best and this will continue for next 2 month.
We are shifting apartment this weekend, hopefully we will be able to get all sets done early morning before movers arrive.

early morning workout !
I have a flight to catch at 5.30 pm for a flying visit to India for a close friends wedding. Leaving today evening and back on Tuesday morning.
Woke up at 4.45 am to get workout done before office. It was very difficult to get up that early but I love the fact that exercises are done for the day.
I am enjoying tricep workouts, specially double katana, its tough, gives a good good burn and I love it.
Curl's are fun as well, I am doing 5 reps more per set on them, just to push to max and get a strong burn.
I need to get better at abs and leg exercises, whenever i get tired my form suffers and I slack unconsciously. Well best way to improve it is to keep trying !
Pull ups, push ups and chest dips still feel the most difficult exercises, time to push mind and body to aceive good results on these.
Food on target, had a good breakfast, and we (me and mini) are taking apple, banana and boiled eggs with us in flight for dinner. I have no interest in having salty, fried airline food for dinner.
Thankfully this will be the last trip till Aug end and I will be able to focus on my PCP motto completely ("every gm every rep").I am for sure going to do all my exercises and try my best to source some protein (eggs is most likely) during the wedding.
This might be the last post before Tuesday, have a great weekend everyone, be strong, peak condition is only 60 days away !

So end of a month ! 30 days in PCP
food was all on target, all weighted to correct amount.
for me chest dips were big FAIL, really couldn't do it ! did some with irregular form and def not satisfied.
Going for a flying visit for a friends wedding for this weekend. Food should not be a problem, getting fish will be an issue because its going to be a vegan wedding, I am probably going to substitute egg white instead of fish for protein.
